There could be a lawsuit in the near future filed against the GCCF due to the way the GCCF has recently handled many BP Deep Horizon Oil Spill claims. This potential GCCF lawsuit stems from the aggrivated indivisuals and business's all around the Gulf Coast that has filed a BP claim and was either wrongfully denied or did not receive full compensation for their losses. Instead of the GCCF making it a simple proccess for indivisuals and business's to get compensation for their loss's due to the Deep Horizon tragity, the GCCF have made it extremely difficult and exhasting to file their claim in a deliberate effort to disuade the indivisuals and business's whom have filed claims to persue their rightfully deserved claims till they are complete. BP and the GCCF have claimed to want to "make things right" with the people effected by the spill but anyone that has dealt with the GCCF recently knows Gulf Coast Claims Facility is duing everything but helping people that were effected and still being effected. There has been inclining talk of this GCCF lawsuit around the Gulf Coast in recent weeks and months. BP has stated their company will pay for all ligitamate claims for indiviuals and business's that was lost income due to the spill but Gulf Coast officials have recently stated that the payouts from BP have been severly insignifficant. Bp is either not giving out full compensation, delaying, or flatout wrongfully dening claims. Many attorneys, state officials, indivisuals, and business's all around the Gulf Coast has come to a general consences that this GCCF lawsuit is inevitable. Attorneys and claimist from all around the Gulf Coast are demanding this GCCF lawsuit due to the GCCF and particulary its administrator Kenneth Feinberg,saying he with his firm have committed gross neglegance as well as fraudulant inducement while handling these growing number of BP claims. BP has acted as if its company is above all the indivisuals and business's struggling to survive as a direct result of the Deep Horizon Spill but BP is not above the law and it is for this reason and this reason alone that many state officals and attornys state that this GCCF lawsuit is inevitable.
